My job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation. Your interests are my interests before, during, and after the inspection. The information you will gain from my inspection will empower you to make an informed decision on your real estate transaction.   My inspection methods and reports have been developed to meet and exceed the high standards set forth by the state of Oregon. I am also licensed for Structure Pest Inspection from the Oregon Department of Agriculture, so I include a inspection for Wood Destroying Organisms (Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Boring Beetles and Rot) at no extra charge.   Clients are always encouraged to attend all or part of the inspection and ask me any questions that they may have. After the Inspection is complete, I encouraged you to call me with any questions about your home that you may have. I'll be there to answer your questions!   My Inspection will typically last 3 to 4 hours (for a single family detached home of 2000 square feet)   Inspections are available 6 days a week, starting 8:00am through late afternoon to best accommodate your schedule   Some of the systems and areas that the inspection covers Wood Destroying Organisms (Previously named Pest and Dry Rot)     Inspection for  Termites, Carpenter Ants, Wood Boring Beetles and     Rot. Exterior Site / Grading, Porches and Decks Structure Foundation Siding and Trim Gutters and Downspouts Roof and Flashing Chimneys and Fireplaces Attics and Insulation Crawl Spaces and Basements HVAC - Heating and Air Conditioning Electrical Service, Panel, Wiring and Outlets Plumbing Systems and Water Heater Windows and Doors Attached Garages and Garage Door Opener Built-in Kitchen Appliances Bathroom and Kitchen Fixtures My report is computer generated and includes photos of defects/issues. Depending your schedule and preference, I can complete the report on site, print it and presented to you at the conclusion of the inspection. Alternately, I can compete the report offsite and email it to you later the same day. In either case, before I leave the the Inspection I will go over the results with you.
