Home inspection is my only business. I am impartial and will work only for you. My job is to provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent, objective evaluation. Your interests are my interests before, during, and after the inspection. The information you will gain from my inspection will empower you to make an informed decision on your real estate transaction.   My inspection methods and reports have been developed to meet and exceed the high standards set forth by the state of Oregon.   Clients are always encouraged to attend all or part of the inspection and ask me any questions that they may have.   My Inspection will typically last 3 to 4 hours (for a single family detached home of 2000 square feet)   Inspections are available 6 days a week, starting 8:00am through late afternoon to best accommodate your schedule   Some of the systems and areas that the inspection covers Wood Destroying Organisms (Pest and Dry Rot) Inspection.
